This Refund Policy describes when RemoteBrowser may issue credits or refunds for paid
subscriptions and add-on services.
1. Eligibility Overview
- Refunds apply to paid plans and paid add-ons only.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge.
- Free services and trial usage are not eligible for cash refunds.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Plans
- First-time monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle starts.
- If cancellation occurs, service remains active through the current paid period.
2.2 Annual Plans
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days from the initial purchase.
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Approved annual refunds may be prorated for consumed service and third-party costs.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time setup, migration, or professional service fees (after work begins).
- Third-party pass-through charges and taxes.
- Charges caused by account misuse, policy violations, or fraud.
4. Exception Cases
We may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion for:
- Duplicate charges.
- Platform-side billing errors.
- Extended service outages directly attributable to our systems.
- Other cases required by consumer protection law.
5. How to Request a Refund

and include:
- Account email or customer ID
- Invoice or transaction ID
- Date and amount charged
- Reason for refund request
6. Processing Time
- We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank or card posting times typically take 5 to 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us before filing a chargeback so we
can resolve it quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates will be published on
this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
