Terms of Service

Last updated: December 01, 2025

By using RemoteBrowser ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

RemoteBrowser provides free, anonymous remote browser isolation and remote desktop streaming services. Each browsing session runs in an isolated cloud container to protect your local network from web-based threats.

2. Anonymous Usage

We provide free anonymous access to our Service. No registration, email, or personal information is required. However, we log certain technical information for security, legal compliance, and abuse prevention purposes (see Section 3).

2A. Transparency & Monitoring

We do not monitor user content, keystrokes, page contents, or browsing history inside your isolated session. We only collect the limited technical metadata described in Section 3. Users are solely responsible for all actions performed through the Service.

3. What We Log

For each session, we automatically collect and retain:

  • Your public IP address - The IP address from which you connect to our Service
  • Session timestamps - When your session starts and ends
  • Network connections - Source IP, source port, destination IP, destination port, and protocol for all network connections made from your isolated container
  • DNS queries - Domain names you request to access
  • Container identifier - A unique ID for your isolated session container

Data Retention: Logs are retained for 90 days for active sessions and abuse investigations, and up to 1 year for legal compliance purposes.

Legal Purpose: This logging is necessary to:

  • Respond to legal requests from law enforcement
  • Investigate abuse and security incidents
  • Prevent fraud and malicious activity
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • ❌ Access or attempt to access private networks
  • ❌ Conduct port scanning, network reconnaissance, or penetration testing
  • ❌ Distribute, host, or access illegal content
  • ❌ Engage in phishing, spam distribution, or social engineering attacks

  • ❌ Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • ❌ Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • ❌ Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
  • ❌ Abuse the Service through automated excessive usage
  • ❌ Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
  • ❌ Use the Service for any illegal purpose under US, UK, or international law

Enforcement: We may suspend or terminate any session, block IPs, or deny future access if these Terms or any applicable law are violated.

User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity originating from your connection and isolated container.

5. Automated Abuse Detection

We employ automated systems to detect abuse patterns including:

  • Excessive DNS queries or connection attempts

If abuse is detected, we will immediately:

  • Terminate your session

  • Preserve evidence for potential legal action
  • Report to appropriate authorities if legally required

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate with lawful requests (subpoenas, warrants, valid court orders) and respond with the technical data we retain. We do not provide content we do not collect.
